Brekkie was on point, especially the omelet station, my wife went all out with toppings, ja! The room was decent with a proper layout, so no hassles when nature calls at night. Super clean and cozy, seemed like home!

Only bummer was the AC, felt a bit wonky sometimes, but we survived!

Unfortunately, our room card did not work several times, that we had to get the staff for opening our room despite repeated card exchange.

The service was fantastic, the sauna was only for me on Sunday morning. I have received a wish lunch outside the card. Every employee was aware of my already announced by phone special requests. In addition, the sauna was brand new, the room was great and thanks again for the encores as "lucky guest" - I was thrilled.

I almost wrote a great review, but couldn't ignore the restaurant being closed some evenings, who do they think they are? The only meal option was room service which took forever! Not to mention my bed was no properly made up, i mean, is that too much to ask?

Good for everything. As I expect a hotel in this price range - nice and competent staff, cleanliness and a dignified peace in the venue. We did not have breakfast (were with family), but what we saw looked very extensive and good.

I expect actually of all hotels a free parking included.

It is very close to the train station. Many event locations are within walking distance. Beds are very comfortable.

I think the shower curtain for a 4 star hotel is not up to date. Unfortunately no kettle in the rooms and a reasonable closet for clothes was missing. You have to be satisfied with a clothes rod. Unfortunately no socket by the bed.

Had a really nice time during my stay, especially enjoying the comfy bed and the great variety of breakfast options. The sauna and massage area were perfect for some relaxation after a long day. Just a heads up, the plastic light switches in the room were a bit annoying, but overall, I loved my stay! 😊

The friendly staff provided really good service, and I appreciated the well-equipped fitness area that was easily accessible for seniors like me.

Extra pillows would enhance comfort for seniors.

I appreciated the spacious room with a comfortable bed that allowed for a restful night. The large TV and fridge added to the good experience. Plus, the thoughtful desk space was ideal for work, equipped with plenty of plugs. I found the breakfast to have a good variety that catered to different diets.

There was a slight issue with the parking situation.

fast check-in, late check-out, extremely friendly staff. good sized room with an electronic key card, a work desk and tv, and extremely comfy bed. breakfast with muffin and sweet, for example.

Very comfortable and clean, excellent staff who were very helpful to a group of 6 Englishmen, only one of whom could speak passable German.

Breakfast was too expensive - at 18 euro's only one of us decided to have it (although he did say that it was very good)

The bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. About the breakfast I can not say anything, since we had not booked it. Our daughter got married and will have breakfast there then.

The hospitality was really good. The staff was always approachable and eager to assist. Breakfast offered a good variety, including vegan options, appreciated. A lovely touch was finding surprise cakes in our room.

One day our room was not made up but this was a minor matter and the staff were very apologetic, it was not a big issue to ius as the room was kept very clean for us

Just a top selection for a quick break in Oberhausen with really good value. The cleanliness of the room was excellent, and the staff were friendly upon our late arrival. Make sure to try the breakfast despite the price.
